Cleaning

Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to remove all traces of contaminants. HMG produce a full range of cleaners, silicone removers, degreasers and preparatory cleaners suitable for the cleaning process. Please refer to our website for Knowledge Base article Prep-Cleaning Techniques (KNB0009) and Preparatory Cleaners from the Product Guide.

Additional Information

L.6473 UV Matt Lacquer can be mixed with
L.6474 UV Gloss Adjuster to produce the required gloss. ie. 80 matt :20 Gloss

Ready to use for most purposes but can be
thinned with an appropriate solvent if
required.

SOLIDS CONTENT: 42% (+/- 1%).

PROCESSING: Allow 1 – 2 minutes warm air IR to
evaporate solvents from the film before U.V.
curing.

STORAGE & HANDLING Keep in adequate store for highly inflammable goods. Do not expose to
direct sunlight. This product contains
irritant acrylate esters and it is essential
that skin contact with uncured materials be
avoided. Refer to Health/Safety data sheet.
