Cleaning

Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to remove all traces of contaminants. HMG produce a full range of cleaners, silicone removers, degreasers and preparatory cleaners suitable for the cleaning process. Additional Information

Non Volatile - 31 – 32% (+/-1%).

Thinners - Ready for use for most purposes, can be thinned with L.5907 Thinner.

PROCESSING Dust particles and static charges are removed with compressed/de-ionised air. Spray application with flame-proof equipment and suitable spray booth to
capture all overspray. Allow 2 minutes warm air drying @ 70oC to evaporate solvents from the film before U.V. curing.

STORAGE AND HANDLING Keep in adequate store for highly flammable goods. No sunlight.
This product contains irritant acrylate esters and it is essential that skin contact with uncured materials be avoided. Refer to Health/Safety D.S.
