Hydrosol QD Primer
HYDROSOLPRI
An innovative hybrid single pack, quick drying primer which combines the performance of solvent-based paints with some of the environmental benefits of water-based paints. It provides outstanding adhesion, early moisture resistance and provides good resistance to corrosion due to the incorporation of modified zinc phosphate. Suitable for application on most clean and degreased metal surfaces. Designed for airless or conventional application for structural steelwork, chassis, steel fabrication etc. It is easy to apply without fear of runs or sags at high wet film thickness. Suitable to be used as a primer in conjunction with a variety of HMG solvent and water-based products.

Cleaning
Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to remove all traces of contaminants. HMG produce a full range of cleaners, silicone removers, degreasers and preparatory cleaners suitable for the cleaning process. Health & Safety
- Refer to SDS and tin label prior to use.
- Suitable respiratory equipment should be worn when spraying.
- Contaminated Rags, Spray Booth Filters or other substrates should be segregated from other chemical waste, soaked with Water and disposed of in a non-combustible container with a tight fitting lid.
