At the same time, we recognise the environmental impacts arising from our business activities and are committed to reducing these through effective environmental management.

Our policy is to strive to achieve continual improvement in environmental performance and the sustainable manufacturing of coatings.

We are committed to:

• Preventing pollution and reducing the overall impact of our operations on the environment including air, water/marine, soil, living organisms & food resource. Encouraging biodiversity and maintaining ecosystems and protecting water bodies including the marine environment. We are also seeking to avoid habitat degradation and affecting marine resources.
• We discourage wherever possible the use of PFAS and POPS and work closely with our suppliers regarding substances of very high concern (SVHC).
• Quantifying and monitoring all environmental impacts of our activities, including those identified in our ISO14001 aspects and impacts assessment, and setting objectives and improvement targets
• Maintaining an internal management structure for the management of environmental issues which includes clearly defined responsibilities for environmental management capable of delivering this policy commitment
• Complying with, and where possible exceeding applicable legal and other requirements relating to the organisation
• Providing appropriate training and awareness programmes for all our staff
• Work with our partners to promote environmental care, increase understanding of environmental issues, and disseminate good practice
• To actively promote improved energy efficiency within our business
